HelpSpot EE manager enables integration of HelpSpot helpdesk software by UserScape into ExpressionEngine 1.x. It uses PHP API implementation by Joe Landsman, copyrighted by UserScape Inc (used by permission).

Using numerous functions that are implemented though EE tags you can easily integrate HelpSpot into EE.

You customers are now able to create new requests, view their opened requests, update them, etc without leaving the main site! Your support team is also able to communicate with users without going to helpdesk.
